Subscribers

Subscribers are individual users of your app who have opted in to receive push notifications. Each subscriber includes:

• Personal Information: Name, email, and unique ID.
• Devices: Phones, tablets, or browsers where notifications are received.
• Metadata: Custom data relevant to your business.

Subscriber List

1. Navigate to "Audience" → "Subscribers".
2. Check the table with subscribers, which includes:
   • Name
   • Email
   • Phone
   • Devices
   • Last Activity
   • Tags
   • Segments

Filters and Search

• Search by name, email, or ID.
• Filter by status: anonymous or identified.

Clicking on a subscriber opens:

General Section

• Personal information and subscription status (active, paused, blocked).
• Registration date.
• Custom metadata.

Devices Section

• Full list of devices and push tokens.
• Platform (iOS, Android, Web) and status (active, inactive, invalid token).
• Last synchronization.

Tags Section

• Assigned tags: system, custom, and dynamic values.

Segments Section

• Assigned segments: default or custom.
