Broadcast Push Notifications

Open Messaging → Broadcast → Push Notifications to send a one-off push campaign.

All roles can view history; Owner and Editor can create broadcasts.

• Search broadcasts by title
• Filter by status: Failed, In Progress, Pending, Completed, Retrying
• Filter by target type: Tags, Segments, Subscribers

Select New broadcast to create a campaign.

Step 1 — Notification Content

• Title and Body (required)
• Keep copy short for lock-screen visibility (title counter suggests ~50 characters)
• Use personalization keys such as name, email, phone, and metadata where supported

Step 2 — Audience

• Choose target type: Segments, Tags, or Subscribers
• Search and select one or more targets

Review the preview panel, then select Send Broadcast.

After sending, open a broadcast to see:

• Audience — target, subscriber counts, delivery progress
• Notification Content — title and body
• Subscriber Executions — per-subscriber status and device-level results
