Broadcasts are one-time campaigns—distinct from ongoing workflows. Use them for announcements, promotions, or urgent alerts.

Push Notifications

Send a title and body to subscribers on tags, segments, or a hand-picked list. Track per-subscriber delivery on the broadcast detail page.

Open Messaging → Broadcast → Push Notifications.

Email Notifications

Send HTML email using a connector, sender identity, and layout. Requires email infrastructure configured first.

Open Messaging → Broadcast → Email Notifications.

Broadcasts progress through statuses such as Pending, In Progress, Completed, Failed, and Retrying. Subscriber-level execution shows devices contacted and any delivery errors.
