Messaging
The Messaging section covers how you reach subscribers: automated Workflows and one-off Broadcast campaigns.
Workflows
Visual automations triggered when subscribers enter a segment or when you run a manual workflow. Compose journeys with Wait, Condition, Push Notification, Email Notification, Join, and End nodes.
Open Messaging → Workflows to create, edit, and monitor executions.
Broadcast
Send a single push or email to tags, segments, or individual subscribers without building a workflow.
Open Messaging → Broadcast and choose Push Notifications or Email Notifications.
Roles
All roles can view messaging screens. Owner and Editor can create and send campaigns.
Email prerequisites
Email broadcasts and email workflow nodes require an active email connector (Resend) and at least one published email layout.
