Email Layouts

Open Emails → Layouts to manage reusable HTML templates for email workflows and broadcasts.

Requires an active email connector. Available to Owner and Editor.

Why layouts matter

Layouts define shared header and footer HTML around your message body. Workflow email nodes and broadcast emails select a published layout so every message shares consistent branding.

Create a layout

  1. Select New Layout (disabled if no email connector is configured).
  2. Enter a name (e.g. Transactional, Newsletter).
  3. Edit Header and Footer tabs in the HTML editor.
  4. Select Publish — unpublished HTML will not work in live sends.
Email Layouts Edit

Edit or delete

Open a layout from the list to update header/footer content or delete it. Deletion is permanent.

A live preview panel shows how the layout renders.

Prerequisites

If no email connector exists, the list shows a warning with a link to Connectors. Configure Resend before creating layouts.
