Platform

The PushFire Console is the web app where your team manages projects, audience, messaging, connectors, and integrations. This guide maps every sidebar section as it appears inside a project today.

Everything is scoped to a project. Switch projects from Your Projects or the header project switcher.

Sidebar sections

Getting Started

In-console onboarding checklist with links to common setup tasks. Available to Owner, Editor, and Viewer.

Overview

Project dashboard with delivery metrics, audience intelligence, campaign performance, and channel mix. Available to all roles.

Messaging

  • Workflows — visual automation journeys
  • Broadcast — one-off push or email campaigns (Email Notifications appears when an email connector is active)

All roles can open Messaging routes.

Audience

  • Subscribers — end-user directory (read-only in the console)
  • Tags — labels for targeting and workflow logic
  • Segments — rule-based groups built from tag conditions

All roles.

Connectors

Outbound delivery providers—Resend for email today. Owner and Editor only. Required before email workflows, layouts, broadcasts, or API email messages. See Connectors.

Emails

  • Layouts — reusable HTML templates for workflow and broadcast email

Owner and Editor only. The section appears when an email connector is active.

Settings

  • General — project name, description, Firebase credentials (Owner and Editor)
  • Payment & Billing — subscription and invoices via Stripe (Owner only)
  • Members — invites and Owner / Editor / Viewer roles (all roles can view)

Developers

  • Developers — API Token, API Messages, and API Reference

Owner and Editor only.

Documentation, Blog, and Support

  • Documentation — opens this docs site (all roles)
  • Blog — product updates (all roles)
  • Support — bug reports and feature requests from inside the console (all roles)

Roles at a glance

  • Owner — full access including Payment & Billing
  • Editor — configure messaging, audience, connectors, emails, and developers; no billing
  • Viewer — read-only across most routes; cannot edit connectors, emails, developers, or settings write pages
